Reservation Procedure & Reservation Policy

Once we receive your request via phone or e-mail, we will provide you with a quoted price for the requested services. Taxes are included in this price quote. Upon your approval of the price, you will receive a confirmation. At that time, a $1,500 deposit will be required and $1,000 is non-refundable. This deposit must be received at the time of your reservation. National Park Travel Club reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payments are not received within 7 business days of tour confirmation if paid with a check.

See the Payment Terms and Conditions section below for information on acceptable methods of payment.  After payment has been received, travel documents will be sent to you.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Once your tour details have been confirmed, payment can be made using one of the following payment methods:

  1. Credit Card:  Payments can be made online or with a National Park Travel Club Associate.  Purchasers must be 18 years or older.

Cancellation Policy & Handling Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • $1,000 is non-refundable
  • Cancellation with 180 days or more days’ notice:   The total price paid is refundable minus the $1,000.00 non-refundable portion of the deposit.
  • Cancellation with less than 179 to 90 days’ notice: 50% of the price of the tour is refundable.
  • Cancellation with less than 89 to 31 days’ notice: 25% of the price of the tour is refundable.
  • Cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice: The total price of the tour is due and is not refundable.
  • Any refund due will be processed through your credit card account or credited directly to your bank account.
  • Any dispute or complaint that may arise from the booking of your tour (service) must be reported to National Park Travel Club at the time of the occurrence in writing in order to attempt a timely resolution of the issue.
  • National Park Travel Club and its representatives are not responsible for any passport, visa, consular, political, or military complications created by the passenger or by any other person.
  • National Park Travel Club reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
  • Health & Safety Risks

National Park Travel Club is not responsible in any way for the health or safety of any traveler, and it is their sole responsibility to manage their affairs and take every precaution to ensure their safety and healthy while traveling. Many tours are adventure-oriented and have explicit risks associated with the activity. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to manage their participation and be aware of their abilities in relation to the activity.

If you have a complaint about any service provided by the National Park Travel Club, please contact us immediately.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we stand behind our services. We will make every attempt to resolve any dispute and to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Privacy Policy

We recognize that your privacy and the protection of your personal information is important to you.  We also value your privacy and security. All documents are processed with the highest level of security currently available.

National Park Travel Club may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  1. Conform to legal requirements or comply with any legal process.
  2. Protect and defend the rights or property of National Park Travel Club.

National Park Travel Club reserves the right to use photographic images of guests for publication in promotional literature, advertisements, websites, and in other documents.  These photos may be used without photographer approval, creditor payment.

Disclaimers

National Park Travel Club is not responsible for the following:

  • Technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures that may limit a participant’s ability to finalize payment.
  • National Park Travel Club cannot be held responsible for problems due to receipt of false or misleading information about gender, age, food/diet requirements, or smoking preferences.
  • If your chosen facility is not available, a facility of the same or higher category may be substituted.
  • National Park Travel Club reserves the right to cancel or change any confirmed service if necessary.
  • National Park Travel Club and its representatives are not responsible for any passport, visa, consular, political, or military complications created by the passenger or by any other person.
  • National Park Travel Club reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
